Working Visit to the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova

As part of the development of international partnership and the implementation of the Agreement of Cooperation between Odesa State Agrarian University and the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova (ASEM, Chisinau), Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and International Relations Tetiana NEBOHA paid a working visit to the Academy on 2–3 July 2026.

The visit was aimed at strengthening strategic partnership between the two institutions in the fields of scientific research, innovation, international cooperation, and academic exchanges. During her stay at ASEM, Tetiana NEBOHA had the opportunity to discuss promising areas of cooperation with First Vice-Rector Angela CASIAN, Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations Larisa DODU-GUGEA, Head of Research, Development and Innovation Division Liliana STAVER, Head of ASEM Scientific Library Natalia CHERADI and Principal Specialist of the Center for Project Management Gerhard OHRBAND.

The meetings focused on promising areas for further development of cooperation, including the preparation of joint projects within European programmes such as Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg NEXT and other international initiatives, the development of academic mobility, research collaboration, and the implementation of joint educational and scientific activities.

The OSAU representative familiarised herself with the activities of the ASEM Library, visited the Student Hub and innovative structural units, including those aimed at supporting student initiatives, developing research potential, and introducing modern educational approaches.

Following the working visit, both parties confirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening bilateral and mutually beneficial cooperation, identified priority areas for joint activities, and outlined further steps towards the implementation of international educational and research initiatives.
