From 29 June to 3 July 2026, Valerii SHEVCHENKO, lecturer at the Department of Management of Odesa State Agrarian University, took part in the 7th International Staff Week held within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme at the University of Economics – Varna, Republic of Bulgaria.
The event brought together representatives of higher education institutions and organizations from various countries engaged in international cooperation, academic mobility, and the development of higher education.
During the programme, participants discussed current challenges and trends in modern university education, including effective communication with Generation Z, the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational process, the development of practice-oriented learning, international academic mobility, and the expansion of interuniversity cooperation.
Particular attention was given to opportunities for further collaboration between universities, especially within the Erasmus+ framework, including guest lectures, joint educational and research projects, and international exchange initiatives.
