Nikol BONDARCHUK, a second-year Marketing student at Odesa State Agrarian University, participated in the German-Ukrainian Summer School Leadership Communication in Business, held from 21 to 27 June 2026 at the East Bavarian Technical University of Applied Sciences Amberg-Weiden (Germany).
Her participation was made possible within the framework of the international project «TANDEM-UA-DE (Teaching and Administration Network for Double Degree Education and Mobility – Ukraine and Germany)», in which Odesa State Agrarian University is one of the partner institutions.
Throughout the programme, participants enhanced their English-language business communication skills, worked on real-life business cases, developed project presentation and negotiation skills, collaborated in international teams, and explored effective approaches to solving professional challenges.
The programme also promoted intercultural exchange among participants from Ukrainian and German universities, fostering international academic cooperation and the exchange of experience.
Upon successful completion of the Summer School, Nikol BONDARCHUK was awarded an international certificate.
