Our country is rapidly moving in the direction of digital transformation, and of course, the basis of the relevant process is education itself.
General prerequisites for digital transformation are the availability of the Internet, digital services, mobile devices and other available digital technologies. In the complex, they make it possible to seriously change a wide range of interactions and communications: enterprises with consumers, companies with other companies, citizens and the state etc.
In 2020, the Action Plan for Digital Education (2021-2027) was adopted, and it is an updated political initiative of the European Union (EU) that defines a common vision for high-quality, inclusive and accessible digital education in Europe and aims to support the adaptation of the education and training systems of the Member States to the digital era, and our country supports the relevant process at all levels.
Odesa State Agrarian University supports and implements the basics of digitalization in all areas of our activity – electronic document management, the implementation of IT classes in each educational program, and participation in the international project ” Digital Blue economy and innovation Acceleration Network ” (Project acronym: DBAN, Project number: 101077599) financed by the European Union through the EMFAF (2021-2027) of the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) and conducting courses “Digitalization for entrepreneurship entities”.
In this aspect, it is extremely necessary to ensure the conditions for digital education of all segments of the population, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has provided unique opportunities for this – has created and constantly updates the Unified State Web Portal of Digital Education “Diia. Digital Education”. The web portal has an official address on the Internet – osvita.diia.gov.ua and the use of educational and information resources, electronic textbooks, multimedia educational materials and other educational resources is free of charge.
