CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC MOBILITY PROGRAMME WITHIN ERASMUS+

The selection procedure is announced for applications for participation in academic mobility programme within Erasmus+

For students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of OSAU!

 

Within the framework of cooperation of Odesa State Agrarian University and Kastamonu University, Turkiye (https://kastamonu.edu.tr/en) under the Erasmus+ Programme Inter-institutional agreement Key Action 1 Learning mobility for higher education students and staff, a call for applications is announced for academic mobility of students of the Faculty Veterinary Medicine.

The following documents to be submitted by the applicants:

  • Application form for an academic mobility grant within the Erasmus+ project (attached).
  • Motivation letter (one page A 4)
  • Curriculum vitae (CV Europass format)
  • First page of the foreign passport
  • Document confirming proficiency in a foreign language (English / Turkish)
  • Optional — additional documents confirming the applicant’s achievements  (certificates, diplomas, awards, etc.).

 

All documents are submitted in English.

Documents should be sent to the e-mail address of the Department of International Relations of OSAU international@osau.edu.ua.

The application package must be submitted in electronic form as a single PDF file, arranged in the order specified in the list of required documents. The file name should include the name of the university and the applicant’s surname, for example: KU_Shevchenko.

Applicants for the academic mobility programme must have English language proficiency at the B1 level / Turkish language proficiency at the B1 level.

Period of the academic mobility (subject to agreement with the Turkish partner institution): Autumn semester 2026.

 

Deadline for submitting documents: June 3, 2026

Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis.

The date of the interview (if necessary) will be announced.
