The call for applications for participation in academic mobility within the Erasmus+ Programme is now open.

For students of Faculty of Economics and Management
Within the framework of cooperation of Odesa State Agrarian University with the University of Applied Sciences «Lavoslav Ružička», Vukovar, Croatia (https://www.vevu.hr/en/), Erasmus+ Programme Inter-institutional agreement Key Action 1 Learning mobility for higher education students and staff, a call for applications is announced for the implementation of academic mobility.
The following documents to be submitted by the applicants:
- Erasmus+ KA1 International Mobility with Partner Countries ifnul application form for students and staff (attached).
- Motivation letter (one page A 4)
- Curriculum vitae (CV Europass format)
- Document confirming English language proficiency
- First page of the foreign passport (Photocopy, scan, pdf.)
- Detailed work program during academic mobility, approved by the head of the applicant’s department (for research and teaching staff and employees)
- If desired, applicants can submit additional documents about their achievements (certificates, awards, etc.).
All documents are submitted in English.
Documents should be sent to the e-mail address of the Department of International Relations of OSAU international@osau.edu.ua.
The application package must be submitted in electronic form as a single PDF file, arranged in the order specified in the list of required documents. The file name should include the name of the university and the applicant’s surname, for example: VEVU_Shevchenko.
English language proficiency requirements:
- research and teaching staff and employees – English language proficiency at aminimum level of B2;
- students – English language proficiency at a minimum level of B1.

Estimated period of academic mobility implementation:
- for students (subject to agreement with the Croatian side): November 2026 – February 2027;
- for research and teaching staff and employees (subject to agreement with the Croatian side): 6 days (30 November – 4 December 2026).
Deadline for submitting documents: July 10, 2026
Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis.
The date of the interview (if necessary) will be announced.
