On April 11, 2024 OSAU employees and students took an active part in the lecture of Svitlana Plotnytska, professor of the University of Angers (France). At the beginning of the event held at the initiative of the Faculty of Economics and Management, the Head of the Department of Accounting and Taxation, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Iryna Kriukova introduced the speaker and thanked her for sharing knowledge and practical experience.
Svitlana Plotnytska presented information about her town and university, participation in international projects, research activities. In her speech, the speaker paid attention to the main theories of leadership, the importance of leadership qualities in training effective managers, the concept of “Digital Leadership”, etc. After the lecture, Svitlana Plotnytska answered the participants’ questions.
Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Docent Tetiana Matsiievych expressed her sincere gratitude to the French university representative for a meaningful and interesting presentation and expressed hope for further cooperation.
