Meeting with Participants of International Academic Mobility

OSAU continues to actively develop international activities involving students. On 26 November 2025, an online meeting was held with members of the OSAU Student Scientific Society and the Council of Young Researchers, dedicated to the opportunities for participation, dedicated to the opportunities for participating in academic mobility programmes.

Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and International Relations Tetiana NEBOHA welcomed all participants, emphasising the importance of active involvement in international mobility programmes as an essential tool for professional growth and integration into the European educational space.

During the meeting, students currently studying under academic mobility programmes at the University of Agriculture in Kraków (Poland) and the Lavoslav Ružička University of Applied Sciences in Vukovar (Croatia) shared their personal experiences of participating in international educational programmes. They spoke about the specifics of studying abroad, academic opportunities, adaptation to a new educational environment, and the benefits that mobility offers for professional development.

Participants who have not yet taken part in academic mobility programmes had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the selection criteria, application requirements, and prospects for future studies abroad. Postgraduate students of the specialties “Veterinary Medicine”, “Management”, and “Agronomy” actively participated in the discussion.

A survey was conducted among OSAU students and researchers regarding their awareness of international cooperation and opportunities to participate in internship and study abroad programs. Comprehensive information about the activities of the International Relations Office, the university’s international cooperation, and current mobility opportunities was provided by the Head of the Department of International Relations Andrii MAIEV.

Our university plans to hold such meetings regularly to encourage more students to engage in international opportunities and broaden their educational horizons.
