MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT
- Development of international cooperation of the university with higher education and research institutions, organizations and foundations;
- coordination of the activities of the OSAU structural units regarding the implementation of international agreements and memorandums of cooperation;
- development of proposals for establishing new contacts with foreign partners;
- provision of informational and advisory support to teaching staff, employees and students regarding opportunities for participation in academic mobility programs, study visits, conferences abroad, etc.;
- formation of the university positive image in the global academic space through international forums, conferences, exhibitions, contests and other communication activities;
- cooperation with foreign diplomatic missions, cultural centers, foundations and international organizations;
- involvement of leading scholars and experts from foreign institutions in order to conduct lectures, seminars, round tables, master classes for teaching staff and students of the university;
- ensuring reporting on issues related to the university’s international activities;
- support of international projects implemented with the OSAU participation, assistance in preparing project applications, informing structural units about educational and scientific grant programs.
