From June 23 to June 27, 2025, Nina DANKEVYCH, lecturer at the Department of Surgery, Obstetrics and Small Animal Diseases of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine took part in a job shadowing internship under the
ERASMUS+ STT Mobility Programme in Erzurum, Turkey, hosted by Atatürk University.
The programme included a series of professional meetings with the leadership of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the international office, and academic staff. The discussions focused on current issues in higher education, teaching methods in veterinary surgery, research organization, and more. As part of the programme, an open lecture was held, during which the OSAU representative presented the university, highlighting its significant potential for international cooperation.
As a result of the internship, preliminary agreements were reached regarding further collaboration, including:
- conducting online lectures and webinars on topical issues in veterinary medicine;
- organizing a round table discussion on first aid algorithms for animals with burns;
- developing joint research projects and academic initiatives within the framework of Erasmus+.
