During 4-5 June 27, 2024 Odesa state agrarian university held Odesa Blue Innovation EXPO and Smart Specialization Conference in the framework of the international project ““Digital Blue economy and innovation Acceleration Network” (DBAN) project № 101077599, which is financed by the European Union through the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (2021-2027) of the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA).
20 innovative companies developing digital, green and blue solutions were gathered to showcase their initiatives, about 70 stakeholders, CMA representatives came to the event with the objective to present the DBAN network and promote replication of the good practices and digital tools for boosting blue entrepreneurship, innovation and investment in the region
The 2-day event revealed the potential of entrepreneurs of the Blue sector, determining the prospects for their development and further established sectoral and intersectoral relations. The foundations were laid for further cooperation between producers and consumers of Blue Sector services. The basis for the growth of the industry in the national and international dimension has been formed.
