The selection procedure is announced for applications for participation in a short-term academic mobility programme within Erasmus+
For students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of OSAU!
Within the framework of cooperation of Odesa State Agrarian University and Karadeniz Technical University, Turkiye (http://www.ktu.edu.tr/en) under the Erasmus+ Programme Inter-institutional agreement Key Action 1 Learning mobility for higher education students and staff, a call for applications is announced for short-term academic mobility of students.
The following documents to be submitted by the applicants:
- Erasmus+ KA1 International Mobility with Partner Countries ifnul application form for students and staff (attached).
- Motivation letter (one page A 4)
- Curriculum vitae (CV Europass format)
- Document confirming English and Bulgarian language knowledge
- First page of the foreign passport (Photocopy, scan, pdf.)
- Detailed work program during academic mobility, approved by the head of the applicant’s department (for teaching staff)
- If desired, applicants can submit additional documents about their achievements (certificates, awards, etc.).
All documents are submitted in English.
Documents should be sent to the e-mail address of the Department of International Relations of OSAU international@osau.edu.ua.
The application package must be submitted in electronic form as a single PDF file, arranged in the order specified in the list of required documents. The file name should include the name of the university and the applicant’s surname, for example: KTU_Shevchenko.
Applicants for the academic mobility programme must have English language proficiency at the B2 level / Turkish language proficiency at the B2 level.

Period of the short-term academic mobility (subject to agreement with the Turkish partner institution): 15–26 June 2026.
Deadline for submitting documents:March 23, 2026
Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis.
The date of the interview (if necessary) will be announced.
