Odesa State Agrarian University is proud to announce that project with the participation of OSAU as a partner within the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Program co-funded by the EU has been started.
The project name is “Less vulnerability, more adaptability – pilot remote sensing for the restoration of green zones in the coastal and urban areas of the Black Sea region”

The project started on July 26, 2024 and will last for 30 months.
The overall goal of MoreAdaptBSB is to enhance transboundary cooperation for increasing the regional readiness and adaptability to climate change related hazards through application of nature-based solution assisted by highly innovative remote sensing methods.
The main activities of the project include:
- Joint development of remote-sensing based methodology for assessment of the resilience and vulnerability of coastal and urban areas to climate change related hazards
- Application of nature-based solution for increasing the adaptability of the most vulnerable areas
The leading partner is OVIDIUS University of Constanta, Romania

The total budget of the project for all partners is 1594728.00 Euro
EU funding is 1435255.20 Euros
