September 20-21, 2019 with the support of the Center for Rural Development and Legal Support and the Ukrainian Fruit and Vegetable Business Development Project (UHBDP) Lecturers of the Department of Management Zapsha Halyna Mykolayivna, Didur Hanna Ivanivna, Smirnova Natalia Vasylivna, Kolmogorova Irina Volodymyrivna Olga together with students of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the specialty “Management” took part in the international scientific-practical conference “Modern trends and prospects of logistics IKY, marketing, marketing of fruit and vegetable production in the digital age », which was held at the DCE of Kherson State Agrarian University.
During the speeches of participants of the conference modern trends on the market of products of fruit and vegetable growing, actual problems of management of marketing activity of fruit and vegetable enterprises, directions of increase of efficiency of management of logistic processes were covered. Associate Professor Natalia Smirnova, Associate Professor of Management, gave a thorough report on the use of modern IT technologies in logistics.
Extremely informative, useful and interesting was the meeting with the director of LLC “NPP” 5 element “Vladimir Bily, who spoke about the innovative complex drug” 5 ELEMENT “, whose action is aimed at intensifying the internal and external microbiological and physiological processes in plant production. This innovative product has a significant impact on the conservation and increase of soil fertility, the reduction of resource costs for synthetic mineral fertilizers, the increase of natural energy stored in plants and soil (without interference with the plant genome).
The tour of the laboratories of the enterprise introduced the participants of the conference to the stages of production, packaging and delivery of products to the end consumer.
The enterprise director answered many student questions about the features of fertilizer use, pricing, feedback and information about the company on the Internet, cooperation with different countries and the possibility of arranging agrarian university graduates.
