 The course of mentoring within the framework of the “Digital Blue Economy and Innovation Acceleration Network” project was successfully completed. All members of the Hackathon winning teams completed the mentoring scheme according to \u201cMentoring guide for blue economy innovators\u201d developed by Southeast Digital Innovation Hub (DIGIHUB) during 8 meetings with highly qualified mentors.<\/p>\n

A good effect on the psychological state of the wards also occurred, as they had excellent support from experienced mentors Andrii Vadimovich Andreychenko and Olga Vasylivna Yevtushok, that is, they received all the benefits of constructive communication from the mentors.<\/p>\n

In turn, the team leaders: Iryna Marukha, Anastasia Zyuzina, and Andriy Podolich significantly increased their self-awareness, developed leadership qualities, acquired new communication skills, the art of providing feedback, the art of asking questions, and understanding what to do in certain situations a good listener, studied the impact of new and different perspectives on the stages of startup promotion, acquired enough skills for the perspective of developing a personal network of the client base, and strengthening it.<\/p>\n

The winners were also very satisfied with the joint work and meetings. Key benefit of mentoring for mentors is the impact of mentoring on leadership qualities. Being a mentor means practicing the essential skills needed to be a successful manager, team leader, and preparing you for senior management.<\/p>\n
